You’re no longer gestating a child - go ahead and eat (most of) those items that were prohibited during pregnancy. If breastfeeding, there are still some items you should only consume in moderation, but still. During this module, we’ll talk through some of the healthy and nourishing food/beverage choices you can make to truly help your body recover from childbirth. We will also talk about some ways to prep meals and snacks to help maintain a nourishing, recovery-focused diet without spending hours in the kitchen.
